Last week Phil Moffett running for Governor of Kentucky sent out a press release calling for the nullification of redundant federal agencies as a cost stop measure and a stop to federal tyranny against Liberty. Below is a speech he gave in February discussing the problems with Kentucky and the solution of getting the EPA and FDA off Coal fields and Kentucky farms. He also suggests eliminating income taxes.
